Con diez premios Grammy y considerado uno de los músicos cubanos más brillantes de nuestro tiempo, Arturo Sandoval llega al Lunario. Virtuoso de la trompeta y el fliscorno, además de pianista, percusionista, compositor e innovador incansable, Sandoval presenta en México su más reciente álbum, Sangú. En esta placa proyecta su sonido hacia el futuro, al tiempo que honra las raíces que lo formaron: la percusión afrocubana, la tradición musical de raíz yoruba, el bebop, el funk y el folclore, con un electrizante espíritu de riesgo que lo ha llevado a colaborar con una constelación de figuras de la música, desde Dizzy Gillespie, Stevie Wonder y Celia Cruz hasta Ariana Grande.
