No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected in such circumstances. Over 14s only in standing area. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. Under 14s must be seated and accompanied by an adult over 18. Level 3 is accessible by stairs only. Levels 2 & 3 may not suit those who have mobility difficulties or who are uncomfortable with heights.
