Attendee Hub
The Hub is a web application: it runs in the browser of any phone or laptop, with nothing to install and nothing to approve in an app store. It is enabled per event and speaks English and Spanish.
Attendees sign in with the email they registered with. Everything they see is scoped to your event.

Published response targets by priority: event emergencies get a first response within 1 hour, 24/7; high priority within 4 business hours; normal within 1 business day. Business hours are 09:00–18:00 Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Monthly availability target: 99.5%.
Registration, payments, check-in and email are checked every 5 minutes. Incidents are published on the status page with their timeline.
Live sessions for administrators and the registration desk before your first event, plus a support ticket system with a ticket number, tracked status and a satisfaction survey at closure.
For institutions and the public sector
Everything below is stated in full, with what depends on a contract marked as such, on the security & trust page.
You own the event data; the platform is licensed. Export everything as CSV and JSON at any time and at the end of a contract, and request deletion with a signed certificate.
Application on Vercel in Washington, D.C. (iad1); database on Neon in AWS us-east-1. By contract, customer data can be hosted and processed in the United States or the European Union.
No facial recognition, biometrics, image verification, automated profiling or attendee matching. No AI feature runs on your data without your written authorization.
If a confirmed security incident affects your personal data, the account owner is notified within 72 hours with what happened, what data, what we did and what you should do.
Administrative access to your account's data can be restricted by contract to US or EU territory, always with two-factor authentication and an audit log.
Vercel, Neon, Stripe and Resend, listed on the security page. Their SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1 attestations are available under NDA on request. NTL Events does not yet hold its own SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and says so.
Pricing model
Pricing is quoted per organization, based on the number of events and the services you need. There is no automatic renewal and no multi-year lock-in.

NTL Events is the professional-events edition of NoTeLimites, an event discovery and ticketing platform operating since 2012 under the same founder and team. The current platform version is in production today. It is developed and operated by the company itself, with named infrastructure providers and no hidden subcontractors.
